2. Conclusion of the agreement

4th. Prices and payment

The price of our services is determined individually and is stated in the offered agreement. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms stated on your invoice. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest in accordance with applicable law.

5. Delivery

Fuzed will aim to deliver the services within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery time may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Any delays will be communicated to the customer as early as possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fuzed disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data or business losses resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the designs, code, graphics and other materials developed by Fuzed belong to Fuzed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer has a right to use the material as defined in the agreement, but may not redistribute or modify the material without written permission.

Fuzed treats all information you share with us confidentially. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, unless necessary to provide the agreed services or required by law.

9. Amendments and termination of agreement

Changes to the Agreement can only be made by written agreement between you and Fuzed. Both parties have the right to terminate the agreement with written notice in accordance with the agreed terms.

10. Complaints and Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately so that we can find a solution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be dealt with in accordance with Danish law in the Danish courts.
